Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, location, the service you need, your description of the problem, and, if you choose to give them, your email address and photos.

We also record how you found the website (landing page, referring website and any campaign parameters in the link) so we know which channels bring enquiries.

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive whatever information you choose to share there. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy.

How we use it and why

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, give you advice and a quotation, and carry out any work you ask us to do. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and your consent for optional analytics cookies (Article 6(1)(a)). We never sell your data.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host the website, deliver enquiry emails, protect the form from spam or provide analytics may process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as required for tax and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, request a copy, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@marbellawindowsanddoors.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
